Application Method
The application method for the vacuum membrane adhesive is as follows:
- Shake the adhesive container well before use.
- AJ330-FL is a single-component waterborne polyurethane adhesive and should not be mixed with water or other materials.
- Ensure the vacuum membrane machine is in good technical condition. It is recommended to use a silicone membrane machine for bonding natural wood veneer to PVC foam sheets.
- Spray the adhesive onto the foam sheet surface from a distance of 10 to 15 cm using a spray gun.
- The spray gun nozzle should be 1.8 to 2 mm with a pressure of 3 to 4 bars.
- The adhesive consumption is approximately 50 to 70 gr/m²
- The activation temperature of the adhesive is between 55 to 60°C.
- Do not apply excessive pressure with the silicone membrane to avoid deforming the PVC foam sheet.
- Remove the veneered foam sheet from the machine 2 to 4 minutes after turning off the heating system and releasing the membrane pressure.
- Allow the bonded piece to acclimate to room temperature for about 2 to 3 hours before trimming the excess natural wood veneer.

- Storage: Store the adhesive in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is between 10-30°C. Ensure the container lid is tightly closed.
