    Application Method<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    1. Before using the adhesive, ensure proper storage conditions and shake the container well.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. AJ321 is a water-based polyurethane product and should not be mixed with water or other chemicals.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. The vacuum machine must be technically sound. All its elements should be turned on, and it should reach a vacuum pressure of 0.7 bar at the appropriate time.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. MDF parts should be well and evenly sanded. The adhesive should be sprayed on the MDF surface in a dust-free environment at a temperature between 18 to 30\u00b0C and humidity of 55 to 60%.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Spray the adhesive on the MDF surface with a spray gun from a distance of 10 to 15 cm. Edges and machined parts should be sprayed twice (with a very short interval between sprays).<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. The nozzle diameter of the spray gun should be 1.8 to 2 mm. The standard air pressure for spraying is 3 to 4 bar.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. The adhesive consumption is about 50 to 70 gr\/m\u00b2 for flat surfaces and 80 to 110 grams for three-dimensional surfaces.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. The activation temperature of the adhesive is between 55 to 60\u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Place the glued part in the machine under appropriate temperature and pressure. Remove the coated MDF part from the vacuum membrane machine 2 to 3 minutes after turning off the heating system and suction.<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Allow the glued part to acclimate to room temperature for about 2 to 3 hours, then adjust the PVC angles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
