AJ300 Water-Based Acrylic Vacuum Pressing Adhesive

This product, offered at a very reasonable price and without any unpleasant odor, is an ideal choice for coating TV stands, bedroom sets, and MDF parts that are not exposed to heat and moisture. Although AJ300 does not have high heat resistance, its excellent spray pattern and lack of orange peel effect and stickiness on the wood surface make it a desirable option. Additionally, its exceptional tensile strength and adhesion ensure the durability and quality of your work.

Product Advantages

Why choose AJ300?

  • Affordable and Odorless: AJ300 is offered at a reasonable price and is odorless.
  • Heat and Moisture Resistance: Suitable for coating parts that are not exposed to heat and moisture.
  • Excellent Spray Pattern and No Orange Peel: The adhesive has an excellent spray pattern and does not create an orange peel effect on the wood surface.
  • Exceptional Tensile Strength and Adhesion: The adhesive has high tensile strength and strong adhesion.

Application Method

The application method for the vacuum pressing adhesive is as follows:

  1. Before using the adhesive, ensure proper storage conditions and shake the container well.
  2. AJ300 is a water-based acrylic product and should not be mixed with water or other chemicals.
  3. The vacuum machine must be technically sound. All its elements should be turned on, and it should reach a vacuum pressure of 0.7 bar at the appropriate time.
  4. MDF parts should be well and evenly sanded. The adhesive should be sprayed on the MDF surface in a dust-free environment at a temperature between 18 to 30°C and humidity of 55 to 60%.
  5. Spray the adhesive on the MDF surface with a spray gun from a distance of 10 to 15 cm. Edges and machined parts should be sprayed twice (with a very short interval between sprays).
  6. The nozzle diameter of the spray gun should be 1.8 to 2 mm. The standard air pressure for spraying is 3 to 4 bar.
  7. The adhesive consumption is about 50 to 70 gr/m²for flat surfaces and 80 to 110 grams for three-dimensional surfaces.
  8. The activation temperature of the adhesive is between 60 to 65°C.
  9. Place the glued part in the machine under appropriate temperature and pressure. Remove the coated MDF part from the vacuum membrane machine 2 to 3 minutes after turning off the heating system and suction.
  10. Allow the glued part to acclimate to room temperature for about 2 to 3 hours, then adjust the PVC angles.

Tips for Best Results

  • Storage: Store the adhesive in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is between 10-30°C. Ensure the container lid is tightly closed.
  • Cleaning: Tools and equipment used for applying the adhesive can be easily cleaned with water after use.

By following these tips, you can achieve optimal performance and durability with AJ300 Water-Based Acrylic Adhesive for MDF parts!
